Good morning! We're getting ready for our morning story meeting. Do you have any story ideas you'd like us to look into today?

Dave Walters -Yeah, I do! Look into why the U.S, Forest Service seems to be hell bent to close as much ground as it can to as many people as it can. If you dig deep enough, you're going to find arrogance, un-cooparativeness, and some outright bullying by FS staff in order to push what some see as a pre-determined agenda. Closing roads without project NEPA requirements, new "policies" that try to hijack long standing water rights, and on and on. These ecotopian, and at times draconian efforts are decimating economies, depriving people of access to federal land etc. *rant over*

Dave....maybe if you'd control your "rant" some you might get some action. I'm sure you've heard the saying, "you can catch more bees with honey than vinegar". :hi

Danny, if you were getting some of the feedback I'm getting from around a few other areas, you'd maybe rant a mite too. The FS is getting more arrogant by the day, and I've about reached my limit of BS. Look into some of what I've been posting, it's pretty fugly out there...And I have no illusions that our local, or really any, media has any interest in what goes on in the real world. A bunch of upset wheelers ain't gonna amke or break their all important ratings...

Just giving you a hard time Dave. I've been keeping up with your posts, and I agree with ya. Gonna take some real cage rattling to get someone's attention, but at a lot higher up than our grass roots level. It's too bad they have to be such A$$ about it.

Now that we're into Subpart B on the Ok-Wen, it should get personal for all of us. I may not be in a position or circumstances to get out like I want, but I can sure as hell do that cage rattling...
