NOVA fund abuse

Senate Bill SB5320 and House Bill HB1392 would change the Recreation and Conservation Office cut from grant funds such as the NOVA account for administrative purposes from up to three percent to actual costs.</SPAN>

This would allow the RCO to take whatever they want out of your ORV permit and gas tax money and call it overhead expenses.

HB1392 and SB5320 are both moving forward.

HB1392 will get a hearing before the House Capital Budget Committee 3-Feb with an intent to vote it out of committee 6-Feb.
