Just got this from Dave Hiatt. Not happy...

Warning - I perused the agendas and they are creating DRAFT WA
Administrative Code (W.A.C.) changes. This amounts to the RCO deciding to
change the actual laws that are enforced on their own without legislative
action. Many bureaucrats are trying to do this now and it is just WRONG.

I was heavily involved with preventing the DNR's attempt to do change their
W.A.C. regarding firearm use on DNR lands some years ago and we were
successful in stopping that.

I hope someone in the OHV community is up for riding herd on the RCO with
their proposed W.A.C. changes.

I am too busy getting OHV Positive things done on the ground working with
public and private land managers (over 300 hours of volunteer time so far
this year) and I will not be riding herd on the RCO.
