Dave's Juniper Run July 19

Postby SPR » Sun Jul 12, 2020 11:54 am

A run to Juniper has been called for July 19 to celebrate the memories of Dave Walters and to obtain a group photo of those who appreciate his labor and time championing motorized off-road opportunities. We will meet at the flag pole on Smith Road at 10AM with the intent of being at the “big bowl” by 1030AM. Someone needs to bring a camera

Remember your flags.
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Jeep for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

If you want to hear God laugh, tell Him your plans.

I have been hard at it today, so I will have 32 stickers for this event.

Thank you! :thu: I would love to fund the material cost of these items. I would require one of the 32, of coarse!

I have identified a suitable hole on the Gladiator for flag mounting purposes. Juniper prep almost done. Whew.

Anyone know how high above the vehicle the flag needs to be for Juniper rules.

Google+copy+paste
The Bureau of Land Management requires banners be solid red or orange in color, at least six inches by 12 inches, and placed such that at least part of the banner is within 10 inches of the top of the whip. BLM considers a whip to be any pole, rod or antenna mounted on the vehicle that extends at least eight feet from the surface of the ground.
