Divide Ridge 4W613 Run
July 26th, 2009

On Sunday July 26th, 2009 we all met up at the Ahtanum Sno-park around 10 AM.
I had Greg Mackey from the DNR riding shotgun. My 5 year old son "Bubz" took the back seat.

We headed on the Ahtanum Mid Fork Rd. (A2000)

We stopped off for a look at Eagle Nest.
Across on the next ridge you could see where the Green Lake fire was a few weeks ago.

Next we stopped on Darland Mountain (6981') where we could see Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood a little.

We headed down the North Fork Ahtanum Rd. and turn onto the Blue Lake Trail.

We turn onto 4W615 and ran it to Blue Lake.

Then we the climb 4W615 up to Blue Slide Lookout.

It looks like RollerBear wondering where he put his keys. LOL

Next we ran FS1020 and then onto 4W613.

We stopped at the 4W613 Lower Meadow so Greg could see the work the All Wheelers Off Road Club did there.

Greg added a Grey Rock sticker to a Green Dot Marker.

We will get Dirty-Toys out there too.

We decided to skip the end of 4W613 to Louie Way Gay and just run the Strobach Mountain Trail down.

On down the Stroback Mountain Trail we stopped at C1000.

Why is everyone looking like they are angry at me? Could it have been that last rock covered trail? LOL

The kids and dogs looked to have a good time.

JDavis took Cowiche Ridge down to save some time.

The rest of us ran C1000 down and onto A5000 to Nasty Creek Corals.
That is where we aired up and parted ways.

This was a very fun run thanks to all that came.
