Nasty Creek Snow 2-16-2014

Postby commando14 » Sun Feb 16, 2014 9:10 pm

My dad and I, along with Andrew cruised up to Nasty Creek today to see how much snow there was... and we found plenty of fresh snow. Down lower it was nice and sunny.. but crazy wind up higher. We busted trail for a ways and were getting close to the Jackass tie in.. but eventually the drifts became too much so we headed back down. On our way down we bumped into Jim, Toby, and Marc. White Cherokees were everywhere! We found a good spot for lunch out of the wind, and then headed back down for home.

That snow reminds me of FS1302 last year. Crazy!
