Peak Putters - 3 Ball

Postby iaccocca » Sat Sep 14, 2013 4:05 pm

Because Tim has limited web access he has asked me to put up the 3 Ball run report, which of course I'm glad to do.

There were 10 rigs present and much to everyone's surprise Lee bested the group with times a good 6 seconds over the nearest competitor and 40 seconds over most. Team Jeeper Chick was on fire...

Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

Hi, this is Chris.
I've taken over Lee's account for the next little bit. He is taking this loss pretty hard. He kind of understands losing to the likes of Ed and Jim, but losing to Steve and Dolly is just too much for him. Please be patient with him, as you know, he is a little slow.

Thanks,

Chris

That is all.

Now that I’ve adjusted my beer-goggles, I wish to present my interpretation of the Peak Putter’s fifth 3- ball gathering…4 balls if you’re counting balls.

Time-out…This was not an organized event on BLM lands. Blast off was at 10 AM. Some of us showed up at 10AM, a few showed up around 11:00 AM and one more showed up after 1130 AM. Only a few folks had chairs, no food was cooked, and there was no place to take a squirt unless you walked 100 yards to hide behind some rabbit-brush or a big sage.

Now, the results of the gathering:

Ed & Tim took the “two guys with the need for speedâ€
I don't Text (at least not very well), I eat Blackberrys, and I only Twitter after sex...

Nice run report Steve. Also note, Dave, as well as putting up respectable times, was an excellent course maintainer. And, we may or may not (cause it was not an organized event on BLM land) have raised $100 towards the FYBR cabin.

Three Ball was a ball. If I am not over whelmed after my October hunting trip, I will probably call an October 3-Ball run. Look for a theme.

And, thank you Tim for calling this and to all that helped organize it.

Now, who ever has pics, post them up!

How do you tell a Jeeper Chick is happy at 3-Ball?

The amount of sand on her face. :-)
