On Saturday was Ceg's groups annual Slab run, I headed up to join in on the fun. There was a huge turn-out, close to 30 rigs I think.
We first headed over to flex canyon and everyone took their turn going through. Seen a couple rigs make it up the stair stepper, and a CJ blew a rear driveline u-joint trying to make it up. I thought I was gonna be the only Putter there but about the time everyone was done playing in flex canyon I heard Grumpy on the CB, he just showed up and was looking for the group.
Grumpy made it up some pretty good hills in the big red Ford.
We arrived at roll-over hill to see a quad laying on it's side on the hill. It's in the middle of this pic, hard to see. Not sure exactly what happened but I don't think anyone was hurt. We also watched another quad attempt to climb the hill and almost rolled over backwards at the top, luckily he made a pretty good save and bailed off and the quad stuck there and didn't roll down.
It was a fun day, I'll be there again next year. We need to start having some club runs to the Slab, it's a fun little area for wheeling.

All Wheelers Slab Run
David and I were the only Putters able to get up for this run, and we had a great time! I even had Susan along this trip, and she hung in there pretty well. David did his usual job of making things look easy, too. I was able to coax the old Ford around pretty good. Only had to back up once! I do believe we'd be remiss if we didn't start calling some runs up there on a more regular basis! Very fun place to play, even for us "fool size" guys
