Laser Tag in Booth Canyon

Postby iaccocca » Sun Mar 20, 2016 9:37 am

For my 50th Birthday Party I called a Laser Tag party in Tim and Kari's Canyon. Thank you Booths for hosting on your property.

To begin the day Jose and I picked up the requisite breakfast burritos from Roberto's. After that, freezing our tuckuses off in our open Jeeps, we headed to McDonald's to grab the coffee for the crew.
The Laser Tag hosts got lost on the way to Tim's, but after a few phone calls while we noshed on burritos, they found their way up the driveway. We loaded their equipment up in Jose's and my Jeeps and Tim's Bronco and headed down to set up in the canyon while other invitees trickled in.

Then the fun started and, I think, we all had a ball. Especially the kids, which thrills me.

I got very few pictures, because, well everyone was shooting the Birthday boy. I'll post mine here, and there are some great ones on the Facebook. Hopefully others will post up here as well.

Thank you all who showed. I should put up an attendance list, because this is a called run, but we had such a great turn-out that I am not brave enough, for fear of missing some names. Hopefully all who showed up at Barley's for the debrief enjoyed themselves too; I know I did. Happy Birthday to me! For my 51st, I'll tape the Laser gun to my walker.

Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.
