Fuel system

HEY GUYS
so i got this problem and im not sure where to start or check
i get home i turn on my truck and i hear this whizzing whining noise and its coming from the gas tank and running up front. i can feel fuel running through the line on top of the tank but there are no leaks everything just seems to not shut off. so as of now i disconnected the battery and let it sit cause it wont stop

any suggestions?

My guess is your pump is bad, not allowing it to build line pressure to shut the pump off. But thats just a guess.

haha ya that would make sense but its a brand new pump.
but anyway i figured it out someone must have kicked my relay switch wire cause i wiggled it back into place and problem solved fancy that
