Yup, stock wheelbase, or close to. Scout D44's. For reference of tire size, that is a 38.5 hanging on the back of the jeep

Guess I don't see the point in a tire that big on a CJ5 If all he's got are 44's, just seems like too much rolling mass. At some point you're gonna start breaking things. Besides, it looks kinda silly

Me niether. I know he wanted to go big, but I think these were bigger than he expected. To put it in perspective for him I told him that the difference between the 46" tires and the 38.5"'s he had on was like the difference between his 38.5 and 31's.
