well i sold my toyos and i am in the market for new tires,i was thinking 37"MTRs but im not sure.
whats the new and cool thing on tires, i need somthing that wears good runs down the road good and is pretty tuff.
these will be summer tires(rocks,trails,mud and road) i already have snow tires and i dont want anything bigger than a 37

The MT/R's are working great on the race truck! I'm sure Jim will chime in here. Tim seems to be happy with the 37's on his Bronc. Steve is putting 35/1250's on the Scout.

MT/R's have tough sidewalls. They are civil on the road if it is dry. They are quiet enough if you rotate them regularly and they last awhile.
I really like my Dick Cepek Mud County's. If you are going to have alot of on pavement time they are just about as civil as BFG All Terrains; dry, wet and snow. I've been pleased with them off road... trail, some mud, no rocks and they are good in the snow if you are willing to air down enough. As to how they wear, ask me in a year.

i just bought 39.5 Irok radails for the snow,so i need somthing thats a bit tougher for everything else

I really like my mtr's. They seem to work pretty good everywhere. I went from a 38/15.5 radial tsl to a 37/12.5 mtr and I think the mtr does better in everthing but mud. I was really impressed with how they did in the snow and rocks. I know a few people running them that's why I went to them.

If you go with the MTR, just remember the "old style" are discontinued, any they are working with the new style.... The new style does look awesome though, and thats what I'm holdin out for. You still might be able to find them locally though.
