I watched Del go up one of the dunes north of Baker, (I think they're called Dumont, but I forgot) in his jeep at an angle I would have thought impossible. Fuel injection is nice!
I really thought he might just roll over backwards, it was that steep.
Then he stopped half way up and TURNED AROUND.
All that soft, steep sand, and he turned around like it was flat ground.
