T-Max Winches

Postby OldGreen » Tue Oct 02, 2007 7:53 am

As many of you know, my winch clutch handle failed on the Rimrock run. Well, I finally got around to contacting T-Max about it. . .parts are on their way, no questions, no problem. I didn't even buy the stinkin' winch and they still replace parts for free. Granted, some might say that it should have not have broken in only 2 years of use, but I USED that sucker to the point of stalling many, many times. It certainly wasn't just sitting there looking pretty.

Since customer service comes from the factory, buy from the cheapest. <!-- s:mrgreen: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":mrgreen:" title="Mr. Green" /><!-- s:mrgreen: -->
