Subject: Manastash Ridge Trail - temporary closures this Fall
During the remainder of the Fall, Plum Creek Timber Company will be building roads on Manastash Ridge in section 17 of T19N, R13E, about mid-way between Blowout Mountain and Blazed Ridge. During this time period, Manastash Ridge trail #1388 will be closed in the construction zone Monday-Friday, and Upper Big Creek Trail #1388.2 will be closed entirely. Construction may start as early as next week, September 23, and is expected to last through October. There will also be logging in this area next summer, which will probably cause additional closures.
