Honestly, it was obviously an error but was worth a shot.

All they have to do is admit that the price was an error. As long as they don't bait and switch you, it isn't a big deal for them legally. I mean, seriously, who has never made an error. I actually feel kind of bad for whoever screwed up. They are likely looking for a new job. . .or maybe they got hacked.. . .

JC Whitney called me a few minutes ago.

They confirmed there was an error in pricing and they are cancelling my order.

They also stated the website will be corrected shortly.

They better fix it soon, before every offroader out there submits an order and they have several thousand "We're Sorry" calls to make!

You can't order, when you "add to cart" it tells you that they are out of stock.

It was worth a shot. It was a disaster from the start. I don't think JCWhitney handled it that well. The website is still showing the wrong prices. When I ordered my lockers I called and spoke with customer service and was told that the price was gaurenteed and that my lockers would ship the next day. It was a break down in communitcation on there end somewhere.

Based on the voicemail I got today, it seems that JCWhitney is trying to pass the blame onto ARB which is kind of crummy.

Just got another call from JCW claiming that it was an error that they only discovered yesterday. What a lie. The agent also said that it was an issue with the manufacturer changing the price that they were able to buy the item for.

What a load of BS. If your company makes a mistake at least take responsiblity for it and not lie to the customer and pass blame.
