cab mounts

alright tried to get a body lift on my ranger this weekend but the cab mounts were in so tight i broke a craftsman socket and a snap on and couldnt get them off with an air gun
anybody got suggestion on what to do

should a soak them down with something like wd 40 or somethin else just gimme a post i'd like to get this dang thing on

I like to use PB Blaster and soak old bolts and then let it sit the night before working on it. You can get it at Wal-Mart or any auto store I think. What kind of setup for air tools? Mine came out easy on my Jeep with air tools but they didn't even have a chance to rust when I got them out. :D

I'm sure someone else will chime in who may be more familiar with the cab bolts on your truck.

Impact socket (usually black) and a long breaker bare, possibly a cheater pipe if needed. If that doesn't work use a propane torch and apply heat to the nut.

Yup use a 1/2" drive impact socket and a braker bar. I can put more power into my braker bar than my impact gun can.

But my nickname is braker bar for a reason lol
