Did somebody call a run? This is some information I would have liked to have. (I could not have made it any way, but just saying.)
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

No run was called.....however, plans may be underway to call one. This was a very spontaneous scouting trip.....more to follow.

Actually, we were lost!! Great observation Steve. This is where the pavement ended and the trail began.....after taking a 2-3 mile wrong turn and back to here.

Pretty cool house boats. But, I do not understand why anyone would rent one, then sit in McDougall duck poop lagoon. :?: So many nicer places to houseboat in Wa & Id.
Maybe I'm just cheap, or broke, or both.

^^Last day, last run. 300 yards from the end of the Little Rattlesnake Trail.

Lugging around a giant spare finally came in handy.

Already have a trail spare (Maxxis). So, I need another ProComp, I guess.

I e-mailed them this morning to see if they had any of the originals anywhere. They just came out with the "new" Xtreme MT2. They look the same though. I happened to mention that the puncture was right next to the Tri-Ply sidewall logo. And, I have all sorts of neat pictures of it if they wanted me to post them on-line anywhere!

We'll see what they say.

Keep us posted. Tires have gotten so close in performance that things like service and warranty are EVERYTHING. . .

I would say, "Say hello to my little friend!", but there is nothing little about this bad boy. Weighs 18 lbs before I put the 8 D-cells in it.
Waterproof speakers, a rain proof compartment for something called an 'I-Pod',( someone will have to explain.) 2 aux ports, runs on 110V, 12v (via car charger), or off the batteries. Will charge D-cells when off, in the Jeep or in the shop.

:yahoo I'm pretty excited about my new toy. (I really like radios!) :yahoo

If I can get it there... it pushes my weight limit over the top.

(Already rigging the tie-downs for it.)
