any of you ford mechanics can tell me the secret to the spindle nut on my hubs dang things are a pain

A good spindle nut socket and hold your tongue just right. They are kinda a pain but after you do it a few times it gets easier.
You can follow me.... but it's gonna hurt ;)

I have a spindle socket from wildhorses4x4.com that i prefer over the stuff you can get at napa or autozone, it seems to work good.
