Living in West Pasco?

Postby TJDave » Sat Feb 14, 2009 8:38 am

We found a cool house in West Pasco our realtor is working a deal on. I have lived in
Richland most of my life (except for Pullman and 15 years on the wet-side). Richland has the monopoly on water, elect, sewer, garbage, emerg.
services etc. I think they would like to control phone, cable, and the air, if
they could get it!
I have never lived in Pasco, wondering how many different folks/companies I am going to have to track down for basic services. I know our realtor will have all that junk if they accept our offer. I'm just trying to get a head start/info from those that live there.
Thank-you, Dave

I live in west pasco and have dishnetwork for tv but you can get charter. We have quest as our home phone, and seems to work well. We enjoy living in Pasco, it dosent seem to be much different then Kennewick or Richland. Any other questions let me know.

I live up off of Rd. 68 and like it. The utilities are easy to deal with. I even got a rebate from Franklin PUD a couple of years ago. The traffic is a little rough on Rd. 68, but it the convenience of the stores and restraunts is nice.

ditto.

We don't own on Rd 88 but...
Electric - Franklin PUD
Water - City of Pasco
Garbage - BDI
Internet - We've had Charter and Clearwire
Phone - We only use our mobile phones
Gas - Don't know
Mail & Packages - Darn delivery drivers NEVER ring the doorbell, they've left half a Zuk of parts on my doorstep w/o letting me know or having me sign anything.
