There's been times when hunters near but not on the reservation have been detained and thier guns confiscated. Then released with tickets but not guns. The ticket didn't hold up but you had to prove your not guilty and without a gun your season is screwed. It's a form of harrassment that is meant to keep people away.

Oh yes I do. I've worked with both our local tribes, and it's an exercise in frustration.
