PEAK PUTTERS

The RumbleGoat Racing Branch of the Peak Putters is going racing again.

This time it is all Putters, all the Time.

Jose is driving with Tim in the right seat on 2/20 and I am driving with Jafo co-dogging on 2/21.

The race is the SNORE BATTLE at PRIMM down Vegas way. It is basically a desert short course (4 12 mile laps each day). There are 10 trucks in our class. I am really looking forward to getting back to my roots as far as driving style AND giving a couple of our MOST dedicated volunteers the chance to be in the race truck during a race.

Look us up, support us, cheer for us. . .

I was gonna ask about this a couple weeks ago but never got around to it, but are there any baja styled races close by? We keep looking at Jeepspeed stuff and Class 5 buggies but dont want to really build one if we have to drive 17 hours to race for a weekend.

There are two races per year in Goldendale and this year there is a 400 mile race in Southern Oregon.

The drive is worth it. Totally worth it. In fact, the drive is always one of the best parts of the trip.

The Goldendale races are out at Starvation Ridge, cant remember the name of the guys doing it, but I'm sure google has it.....haha

They put info on NWW and race-dezert...
