I may be able to help.

I have a nice Hobart Handler 135 MIG. Claimed to weld up to 3/16" in a single pass. If you need bigger stuff welded, it would be better with a MIG in the 200-250 amp range.

Did you buy the kit or bending all the tube yourself?

You can buy a LOT of tube for $500... Why have the same flat bed as every other monkey in the zoo when you can build your own and be different?

Go to pirate and search the yota section, you'll find more flat bed/exo pics than you ever wanted to see...

No need to hate the pink sexxiness that is my truck... Although it looks like a cop truck right now... All black with white doors.

I mention the yota section for idea's, the allpro kit is a decent design but it is still a mass produced product.

PVC pipe is cheaper and you don't need a welder either.

Yea but then we'd have young kids running around high off pvc glue...

I'd recommend galvanized sch40. You can thread it all together, no glue needed and it won't rust! :D

I like the looks of that kit. I don't know quality and quantity of the materials they send you but it may be a good deal. Cutting and bending tube is a bit of work if you're new to it. Welding it together is a big job on its own.
