IF you have been around my jeep you know what i am talking about by the noise it makes. So i was thinking when i redo my innerseals should i put the limited slip aditive in there? do you think that will help quiet the locker down or just make it worse and mess stuff up?

Do you have a locker with clutches? Does it chatter going around corners (especially on braking)? I do not think adding the limited slip additive can hurt. I even think some gear oil comes with it. I'd add it and see if it helps. My .02.
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

It's not a "normal" sound, it's just heard often. Check the case for cracks.

And Dave, I'm sure Steve's isn't as load as this thing! It's pretty bad, but that might be because it's in the front.

My Lock right trained me how to drive it just takes time. Dont accelerate 1/2 way around a corner. either apply the throttle all the way around the corner or coast all the way around the corner. that way it won't make the chattering or Clunk noises. wich are nothing to worry about. I installed my gears after I installed my lock right, and the teeth on the lock right still looked like new
