I am looking to purchase some new 17"-18" black wheels and 33" tires for my 1500 sierra. I really like the MT/R's with kevlar, any personal reviews or info in the tire or other products I should check out would be appreciated.

Not sure how you intend to use your rig, but if you're planning on any serious work, stay with a wheel/tire that will give you enough sidewall flex to grab onto things. 33's on the size you're thinking on makes for a pretty short sidewall, thus limited flex. Ride quality may suffer as well. You want the vehicle to work with the terrain, not fight it. You have enough of a handicap with a full size as it is! Don't make it worse. Personally, price being no object, I'd use these:

Almost 35" tall on an 8.5" rim, and good section width. Likely at least a "D" rating, but on a 5,000lb plus rig you'll still get good sidewall flex and flotation at around 8psi.

Straight axle that thing, jack it up and get some 40 inch boggers on black steel 15s.

If I had the funding i would, but for now i gotta work with what I got.

James is selling 35" mtr's on 17's for CHEAP right here.... Trim the fenders a bit and go go gadget.
