Right on, Lee!! I have missed our pop up since the day we gave it to my brother and his family... I'd sure like to find another decent one to tug around when we don't take the motorhome. Maybe flip the springs and slap on some 28" Swampers or something

Ya Lee, we could put some rockers on it and diamond plate the sides...just in case. What's the width? Will it handle our trails?

It'll handle the same trails as your guys' motor homes. (That is what the wife is telling me.) Of course I could be in the market for a heavier duty rear bumper, this one is already tweaked.

I remember that one....it was a hoot!!! But i think everyone was more interested in hoser being stuck and the recovery than in taking pictures.

Jeep's in pieces now, but should be made whole by Monday PM (that is if it is the u-joint and not the rear end that is making noise.) If we pick up that trailer

I'd have to double check, but I think it is 1600 lb dry.

Lee's LJ also has 1000 lbs more towing capacity than our TJ shorties.

1585 lb dry; 2440 GVWR. Ask me how I know.














Yep, TJ, the LJ is 3600 lb tow rating, I believe. Brake controller coming soon.

Saweeeeet!! I love tent trailers. I grew up camping with my parents in a old Coleman or Apache or something.

3600 lbs. towing capacity? That's 1600 more than your average TJ.

Those tires and wheels will get it as far as the campground.

Needs some plumbing work and I'll have to take it to someone to have them eyeball the fridge. The fridge won't work on AC or DC and I don't have propane (yet) to try that. Plumbing I can handle.
Either some real hack has worked on the electrical or Fleetwood / Coleman doesn't know their bottom parts from their arm hinge when it comes to wiring.
But don't get me wrong... it is really quite nice with almost no wear. 2004 Fleetwood Yuma tent trailer with fridge, furnace, freshwater. Sleeps 6 (yeah right, some of those will have to be tiny.) Queen pull out on one end and double on the kids end. Nice awning and all that stuff. I'm a happy camper or soon will be.

Got battery... got propane.
Fridge works on 12 volt only. I'll try to clean up the propane burner today to see if I can get that elusive blue flame. I think the 110 needs a new element, but I'll try to figure out how to get to the connections to test that.

Furnace works.
Awning stays up in the wind (but so do I watching the awning.)

But, Final Touch will have me back in business on that by next week for just $35.

Replaced the element in my camper. I didn't have to test it because it came out in 2 pieces. I have a tool to remove the old element if you need it.

In your experience, do you think I will have to pull the fridge to get to the burner and the 110 element? Works on 12 volt only.
