I do almost exactly the same thing with goose instead of little smokies. Let marinade overnight in worcestershire sauce, and go with a 50/50 mix of cheddar/cream cheese.

Very very tasty.

Should have thought of bringing some out on a run before now.

Have had these before....couldn't stop eating them. Gonna have to try them myself.

Made them tonight (thanx to this recipe) very delicious.
