703 Injector Swap

Has anyone heard or done this? I've been reading about it on cherokeeforum and everything seems to be positive ranging from smooth idle, throttle response, to higher MPG and power.
The 703 Injectors come in some dodge 4 cyl engines and are straight plug in swaps for pre-97 4.0s
