Plan is to go slow with this one.....take my time, testing upgrading, testing upgrading. I'm NOT going to throw a lot of money and bling on it that isn't needed to do the job based on my driving skills. Still working on that part with the new Rubi.

Thats a small block ford on the engine stand. I'd hope no one would desecrate the memory of Henry Ford by putting that engine in an IH product. :lip:

My dad had a Patrol. I wanted it for my first car but he would never sell it to me. It would have made a pretty good wheeler.

What is currently the best thing about this shop? Hint... It's what you can't see but is most often present.

The answer is.... The truck is out of the shop and there is a new and mostly full keg of homebrew (Hefewhizzing) sitting in the fridge. The front brake modification and axle overhaul are done and the Toylet's is up and running and ready for the weekend.

I agree about the gas thing being bad. Curtis and I are staying my camper this weekend. The gas thing has me contemplating sleeping on the trailer.

I DID. . .3" off the front and 2" off the back. It is super ugly since I decided to do this at the last minute and, well, Orville likes the abuse.

Less than I would like.... I actually only have 2 drivable rigs that are mine, the TJ and a 67 Mustang with 3.8 gears and no overdrive.
