Re: Random Picture Thread
Ended up at a car show the weekend (The Living Room Church) and saw this.
I'm definitely not the best fabricator but when the guy was all happy about this being able to do 70mph and go to MT, I really had to bite my tongue and move along.
Closest I could tell: He scabbed part of a Ford truck frame onto the Dodge Power Wagon frame. This part of the frame holds the steering box and also used the mid-70s ram assist. I'm really not sure if he actually used the winch, if the whole front would come off or not??
The truck also had a Chevy engine & trans.
Pass. side spring mount.

So I am no longer working at Ford. After 20 years I decided it was time for a change. I'll be going to work at Ben Franklin Transit as one of their mechanics. Money is similar but the benefits are way better. They got me cake as kind if a going away gift lol.

Coast to coast carport was the lowest I have found by far. Probably because they are local out of Stanfield, Or.

Success!
I'm a little slow, but I figured out how to ditch Photobucket and host my own pictures using the Public folder in Dropbox! Yay!
