PEAK PUTTERS

So, the child put a new t/o bearing and clutch fork in the 55. Says it seemed to be okay until he set it on the ground, and now it won't disengage. Not sure what to think...Ideas? Late 60's Camaro 350/4 spd.

If the fork isn't lined up on the fulcrum ball right it'll cause the fork to wedge and not work.

Trashy, he says it looks to be staying put...

Not sure if this is possible but is this a different style clutch that might be a bit thicker? Is there not enough travel in the linkage?

Same clutch, new fork and T/O bearing...Gots me a hunch I may be under the thing tomorrow night if he ain't got it by then

my money be throw out bearing or fork differnt

Is possible to install the throw-out bearing on the bearing retainer backwards. I seem to recall some issue like that on the last Toyota clutch job that I did.
