It appears that my laptop has a bug that prevents MS Explorer from working. Can anyone recommend a reputable computer repair outfit to clean up my laptop?

But if it were me, I'd back up all of my files, and then run the restore disk that comes with the computer. That way you start out with a completely clean system, and it's a lot cheaper.
