That is where we got most our stuff when I worked at Broadmoor RV. I havent purchased enough stuff myself to know whether the prices are good or not. I do know that most of the stuff from Wesco is pretty high-dollar. Heck, paint supplies (petroleum based) have shot through the roof just like gas prices in the last few years.
If you are priming with epoxy, I would recommend you look into PPG's HBE-400/401 primer. It is a high-build industrial epoxy primer that has something like a (phenomenal) 7-day window for you to topcoat before it has to be scuffed again for a good bond. It is really tough stuff (hard to sand) and seems to be as tough, or tougher, than any epoxy out there. It is also very inexpensive, on the epoxy-primer list.
I dont know what lines House of Paint carries, but Wesco seems to stick with mostly PPG and Pro Paint carries a lot of Azko Nobel products. I used the Azko Nobel stuff at Broadmoor, and found some of it hard to work with. I havent done a lot of PPG stuff, but thats what most the body shops use. I am sure there's a reason.
Not sure what you are planning, but I've done a considerable amount of high-quality paint work. I also have a very nice finish gun that lays down top-coats beautifully. Let me know if you need any help!
