JK Hardtop Rear Window Replacement

Postby Nukegumby » Tue Aug 05, 2014 7:12 pm

So...the rear window of my hardtop spontaneously exploded. No, really. I was nowhere near it. I promise.

:oops: :::coughs::: :oops:

Anyone ever change one of these out before? I searched Youtube for a video, but there were none. It doesn't look difficult, but I imagine there are things I'm missing.

Um sorry for posting late on this topic but my wife's rear window did the same :oops:
I luckily had my insurance cover it but the shop on 20th and Sylvester did a great job on the installation.[/img]

Got it done under insurance as well, but they weren't well versed on the thing. I still have to install the wiper motor myself because the guy's scratching and staring told me I didn't want him trying to remove the arm on it. But it only cost $100, so that was nice.

Yeah the wiper assembly I have no clue on at the moment. I'd have to take a look at the wife's jeep and we're both at work.
