Trail closure dates?

Aren't the Naches trails suppose to open on April 1 OR Temporarily closed until June 15?

According to this, it's closed unless posted open.
I thought the ranger dist. had to put a new closure in every year, not an on going closure?

That is what they said previously. They had to do an emergency closure every year. Not that it bothers me. People treat that trail very poorly on Memorial day.
