Importance of a stock gasket

should i use a stock Mopar gasket or an aftermarket gasket for the intake/exhaust manifold?

the aftermarket one i have looks like a graphite coated 1/8" thick standard exhaust manifold gasket. it's all one piece.

the stock one that's been removed is a metal 1/32" thick and is almost two gaskets barely attached to each other.

does one hold up better than the other? is that extra thickness of the aftermarket on going to make a difference?

I've been running a top end set from felpro for the last 5 years without any issues.
