You might do well to call ARB. There were a couple different generations and if you have an older one the parts diagrams are different. Ran into that problem. They're quite good over the phone.

Finally got it. Hope to be back up with a rebuilt ARB and a new winch motor.

Seal Housing Rd99 132 Arb Air Locker Replacement Part

MFG Part # 081901 $45 plus shipping. That's the best I can do. My margin on ARB parts is very small. I will make $2 bucks haha basically for handling.

You *might* be able to find it cheaper + free shipping elsewhere.. But it's slim pickens.

Let me know.

One of the control solenoid? That sounds like an o-ring issue.

Also.. Make sure your breather lines are clear. Blow them out making sure they are not plugged.

That's what I'm thinking oring issue within the arb itself causing the emulsified oil. So that's the oring or kit that I need.

Check your breather hoses on the axles.. make sure they are not plugged. That can be a big issue with ARB's

pretty sure mine is clear it's probably a 1/4" line right off the axle tube to a vent cap underneath the body.
