Need a good 95 jeep tuneup mechanic

So I'm good with most of the jeep repairs but engines are not something I mess with

The 95 YJ is running rich, strong smell of gas at idel and has a real flat spot in power from 2nd to 3rd between 3000 and 4500 RPM. Kind of feels like a shortage In fuel, but then you hit 4th and it powers right thru it?

I've changed the plugs, spark plug wires, rotar, cap all less then 2000 miles ago.

I also have a small gas leak somewhere where the fuel hoses hook to the fuel tank. Just can't get in there to see what's wrong and don't have a place to drop the whole tank.

Can anyone recommend a good shop that can be trusted for me to take it to and not get raped

Thanks

Drew

So can no one recommend a good local mechanic for the above issues?

Was hoping someone knew a place that could be trusted

I know most of you guys do your own stuff.

Let me know if someone thinks of anything

Thanks

For alignments and tire balancing I go to Casaday Bee Line in pasco. Had them do the motorhome rear axle seals and brakes as well. I do most other stuff myself.

An old friend of mine owns a shop in Richland. Deans Auto Repair just over the RR tracks on Van Geisen as you head towards West Richland.
I have not been there in years, but they fixed my old boat when I got it....straight six with carburetor issues.
