Mac Pro

I received a Mac Pro for Christmas. I'm well versed in MS products but the Apple system is killing me. Can someone give me a hands on tutorial?
haha! i'm still struggling after a YEAR! one important note instead of "control" use the "command" button plus whatever function you want (i.e. "command C to copy.
using 2 fingers on the mouse pad scrolls up and down. using 2 fingers to click on the mouse pad is like right clicking. i learned some of it at the below link, but not all of it seems to work.
