HB2740 – ORV Discover Pass exemption
House Bill HB2740 has been introduced Representative Condotta and it would exempt vehicles registered as ORV from Discover Pass requirements at locations where ORV is allowed.
This is the House companion bill to the Senate bill I wrote last year, SB5627.

although i don't have an ORV specific vehicle it only makes sense if i understand it correctly.

This is more for a dual licensed rig, bikes mostly.
If your rig was street licensed, you had to have a DP even if it had ORV tags. If the rig had ORV tags only, you didn't need a DP.
