How can I get rid of the big red box at the top that says new format?

In Elligence3 there are 5 white boxes in the upper right corner just under the header pic. When I pass the cursor over them I see FAQ, User Name, Private Messages, Notifications and Log Out in that order from left to right. They have no label/description on them... just 5 white boxes. Is it just me... or should their label be visible without the cursor on them?

I like the layout and it's easier to read. There's lots of white space. Thanks.

Weird... you might try holding your shift key while refreshing the page in your browser, this should force your browser to re-download everything on the page instead of from your browser cache.
