Anybody ever run the WABDR?

I don't really have the time to run the whole thing all in one trip, but legs 1 (Cascade Locks to Packwood), 2 (Packwood to Ellensburg) and 3 (Ellensburg to Cashmere) look like they could be fun day or weekend trips.
