Scumby, what rumor did you hear? A google search suggests that HBF has goofy advertising.

co-workers wife was driving by before i went on vacation and said there was a "going out of business sale" sign posted.

I seriously doubt this rumor is true. Even the slightest.
They are constantly updating their products, constant "sales" going on, and every time I go in there it is pretty packed with customers. Every indication shows it is a thriving business. I can only see them shutting down if someone in management is doing something real stupid or illegal.
