My friends, please keep the Kauer family in your thoughts and prayers.
Fred Kauer passed earlier this week, surrounded by family.
Roy and David, if there is anything you need, name it. Your Peak Putter family is here for you.

Re: Peak Putter family loss
Thanks guys. Was cool to see current and past club members attending the funeral yesterday. Last night a lot of us Kauer family had rounds of whiskey shots in honor of my grandpa. He loved Ancient Age whiskey, but we couldn't find it at the store so we had to settle for R&R .

Cheers. I didn’t really know your grandpa, but do have a very fond memory of him and a great day of fishing at Potholes. I watched in awe as he filleted bucket loads of perch and a few big crappie.
I don't Text (at least not very well), I eat Blackberrys, and I only Twitter after sex...

My dad tells a story about Fred walking up to the campfire on a stag run, taking the cap off of a bottle of whiskey and throwing it in the fire. I have done that a few times in his honor.
