Shop building

Postby Fab_man » Thu Sep 20, 2018 10:44 am

So I might need to push up my schedule for a shop. Trying to find a good builder for a stick built shop in the 24x24 range and finished out to match our house. Just needs power roughed in and all dried in. Anyone have a recommended guy? Looking to build in spring if I can.

Good luck... Most reputable builders are 12-24 months out right now, even for plan/spec stuff. I'm sure there are a few out there that might be able to run with a 6-month forecast, but everyone is pretty fat and happy in the construction world right now so it's going to be a little tougher than it should be. And shockingly expensive :o
Yep, I've wheeled one of those, too...

Alex Mata is the contractor we used. His number is 509-591-7831. Tell him Andrew and Heather Brickey gave you his number. If you want to come see our shop you are welcome to :)
