Advice on new boots for the Screaming Toylet

I could use some advice figuring out what tires to get for the wheeler. It seems there are more MT type tires on the market than ever. I suspect many of them are stiff walled and hard rubber pavement pounders. I'm setup to run 35/12.50/15 so IROCS are not a good option given the sizes available. :x Currently, I'm looking at Milestar Patagonia and BFG KM3 because they are available in then right size and in load C. In addition, they have been reported to have soft rubber. In general, I'm looking for something that can hope to hook up like IROCS but comes in the 35/12.50/15 size.

I've been nothing but impressed with the BFG A/T KO2's on our JLU-R. I've always been a die-hard mud terrain fan for my wheelers, but these A/T's have done absolutely everything I have asked of them, and done it well. And of course they drive down the road like buttah :thu:

FWIW....

I went the Patagonia 35/12.50/15 from Discount Tires. Before fees and taxes, they were $676 ($169) with a $50 online gift card. I plan to sell my old 35/12.50/15 MTRs. They still work well enough, no plugs or patches, but they age concerns me. I may end up using them for a quad/utility trailer that I have yet to complete.

I went with the Cooper Pro mud tire,35 by 12.50. They seem to work well on trails,I have not had them in the snow. They were priced lower than a lot of the other tires, and and I know a lot of people do not seem to care but they are made in the USA.

I use the Iroks on the snow and the Coopers on the trails

I've been running the Patagonias on the daily driver JK. Admittingly, I bought them just for the great price. I have not had them off road, but I can tell you that they are very smooth and balanced on the road. They seem to be wearing well for a soft tire.
