What I think about this club...

Postby foursix » Fri Jun 06, 2008 5:33 pm

I have had more help and offers of help, information and just general great answers and tips from people in this club than from anywhere else before. Back home in Michigan I am affiliated with a club and associate with people in others but do not enjoy them because of the bickering and political maneuvering that goes on with the people involved. So far I have had contact with Commando14 who gave me a spare tire, Ceg who has given me great directions and encouragement to join in the festivities and Danny who bailed me out of my tailshaft housing debacle. I just want to say as a new guy, albeit a temporary residence, you collectively are a great representation of what this sport, or pastime, if you will should be about. Environmental responsibility and respect to fellow wheelers. I have had little in the way of social interactions in my time here but this group has made me feel welcome and for that I thank you and I hope to fling some dirt with you all real soon.

Yup, this is a good group of guys to wheel and generally hang out with. haven't met a person I don't trust or dislike as of yet. 8)

Yup, I didn't even have a running vehicle and these yahoos took me under there wing. I also found, being able to cook and shovel snow like a mad man earns you co-dawg seats :D
