I need a Straight axle

Hey there im looking for a Toyota straight axle, so anywhere from 1979-85 would be the years to look for. But I would perfer either 84-85 years axles, thanks a bunch

Oh you mean like the '85 front sitting in my garage eh? It's complete, every nut and bolt is there but it is completely torn down. All the brackets are removed and it is primered. $200, buy a rebuild kit and I'll either rebuild it for you or help you do it if you like. If it was mine I wouldn't bother rebuilding it, I have enough parts to hygrade and make a nice axle.

Gone. It still has the spring perches and steering stops but the torque arm mount is cut off. It is ready to bolt in after a paint job.

so i dont need that torque arm thing..... and well i need to hurry up and do a SAS remember but thats after i get a cage.... and when you say just rebuild it into a nice axle what all parts do you need for that???

Minimum you'll need a set of felts and seals for the knuckles. I'd get a set of inner seals from Marlin, they are the best out there for the yota axle.

Many companies sell complete rebuild kits for around $150 complete but like I said, I have enough good parts to put it together for cheap.

well ill definitly buy it, and yeah if i could come by and watch or help you put it together and stuff i will. i need a new project to work on. are you talking about like a better birfield or splines or something like that for the axle.

It is bone stock right down to the bearings and seals.

yeah i got that, but you said you had spare hygrade parts or something like that.. so like do you got stuff for it??

I have a lot of spare bearings and such so if you don't want to spend the money for a rebuild kit I can go through my used stuff and hygrade that for the best parts I have. Not aftermarket upgrades.
