Rubicon Take-offs

Postby tobyw » Wed Oct 22, 2008 2:20 pm

(5) 245-75R16 Goodyear MTR's on factory Rubi rims. The fifth is a spare only as it's got VERY little tread life left, but the rest are probably 75%-ish?? Should be available mid-November unless you want them sooner, then we can make some arrangements...

$450 / offer

If you want to sell the spare tire/wheel by itself, I could use a matching spare for my winter tires.

I bought a set of 5 that came off Scuba's Rubicon for $500. The tires were "E" load range. They didn't have much sidewall flex but they worked well on the spring runs.

Since then the rims have been on two other XJs. I have when to a bigger tire. 265/75R16 MT/R "D" load range. So far they work great too.

If I had the cash I would buy your too!

So.. .man. . .I wish I had the right rims. I'd buy these tires in a second. Price is right too. . .

Anybody have an XJ/YJ/ZJ that needs a set of sweet meats?

Those wheels look awsome on an XJ! I just stored my 33's for the winter and put some Rubi wheels and 245/75 AT's on my Jeep for the winter. Now it looks kinda stupid  Think I'll be looking for a used XJ this spring for a daily driver! PS. that's a great deal for Toby's set, I paid $400 for 4.

Stored your 33s for winter? Aint' yah gonna freeze your buns off?
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

I may have a buyer for the wheels and tires. I'll pass your # off to a co-worker if that's okay?
