> SPOKANE, WA -- Effective at 12:01 a.m. on March 1, 2009, public lands in
> the northwestern portion of the Juniper Dunes area located in Franklin

> lands are administered by the Spokane District Bureau of Land Management

Thanks, David. Guess I may need to get out there to see what the signs look like, and if there's enough of them. Kind of with they'd layed that boundary over an aerial photo...Now, did anyone see this coming? I sure missed, and I'm not real thrilled. Doesn't occur to me they asked for local input, nor had anything in the paper! I'm starting to think BLM has an agenda, and we best get serious about this BS!!
